Having spent the better part of a decade lighting up dancefloors around Victoria, pairing cosmic groove with psychedelic disco, Squid Nebula long-awaited debut LP, ‘From Here To You’ will be released on October 20th, 2023 via Northside Records.

Fronted by the hypnotic soul vocals of Noongar musician Bumpy and backed by a band that includes members from Quality Used Cars, Bohjass and Jake Amy’s band, Squid Nebula have made their way from regular residencies for Cherry Bar’s Soul Night on AC/DC lane in 2015 to head-turning sets at Loch Hart, Strawberry Fields and St. Kilda Festival and a place on 2020’s Bigsound 150 list.

Coming in at just under 45 minutes long, ‘From Here To You’ places Bumpy’s rich, soulful vocals over a hyperreal, vibrant party. Brought to life by expansive drums, infectious bass-lines and swirling, ethereal guitars, you’ll find it all packaged up and best served late-night under a disco ball.
